60-mil self-adhered fleece-backed thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing membrane with heat-weldable seams and factory-applied pressure-sensitive adhesive. Polyester-reinforced TPO sheet is formulated without liquid or polymeric plasticizers. Fleece backing improves substrate compatibility, accommodates minor surface irregularities, and increases cushioning, puncture resistance, and hail resistance. May reduce total installed cost in recover applications by minimizing tear-off and additional separation layers.

Limitations

Extruded thermoplastic roof rib component designed to replicate the appearance of traditional standing seam metal roofing when used with Flex PVC roofing membranes. The rib profile is hot air welded to the membrane surface, providing a durable, integrated aesthetic feature without compromising the watertight roofing system.

Used on PVC single-ply roofing systems where the appearance of standing seam metal roofing is desired. Ribs can be welded at custom spacing and layouts to achieve project-specific architectural designs. Available in a range of colors coordinated with Flex PVC membranes.
